Description:
Located on the southwest corner of Room A was a cult painting. This room served as a kitchen and possessed a masonry counter which the painting sat above. The scene depicted a Lar wearing a tunic and holding a rhyton. A red and yellow garland with taeniae sat above. Two other male figures were believed to have been part of the scene as well as serpent motifs, however the scene was badly preserved upon excavation. With the decay of the stucco, a ceramic pot embedded into the wall is now visible, perhaps once used as a container for offerings prior to being covered up. The remainder of the property is not excavated and so the wider context of the cult space is uncertain.
