In rear courtyard was an cult space. This reportedly consisted of an altar situated in the north west corner (although this was originally recorded as a basin in 1889, and later changed to an altar by 1896). A painting of a large snake among plants was located on the wall leading to a cubiculum. It is uncertain if the features of the cult space survive today.
