In the southwest corner of the rear kitchen was a cult painting. The painting, now completely disappeared, was faded even at the time of Boyce's recording. The painting was on a panel of white stucco, bordered in red. The painting depicted two serpents, one on each wall, approaching an altar represented in the corner between them. Above the serpents were garlands.
