Description:

Located on the wall in the southwest corner of the main commercial space were the remnants of a cult painting. At the time of excavation, the painting was noted to be poorly preserved. The scene sat above the hearth and depicted a Genius sacrificing at an altar, with a Lar standing on either side. Farther to the right was originally a serpent approaching an altar. This painting does not survive today.
