Description:
On the south wall of the atrium was an arched niche. The niche sat 1.68m above the floor. Its interior was white and outlined with red stripes. On the back wall was Jupiter sitting on a throne holding a sceptre and thunderbolt. To the left of him was an eagle. The niche also had a vaulted ceiling decorated with yellow, red, and violet stars on a white background, which sat above a band of painted imitation marble. In the centre of the ceiling was a depiction of Luna with a whip in her hand and a crescent below her.
