Cult Spaces:
PP115
Room function:
Ala
Description:
Located on the north wall of an ala was a small arched niche, sitting 0.74m above the floor. The interior of the niche was coated in stucco, however, there was no evidence of paint. Rubble filled the bottom of this niche, which Orr believes suggests that it was not in use at the time of the eruption. The property is not fully excavated and so the wider context of the shrine within the property is uncertain.
