Description:
Located on the west wall of the service atrium was an arched niche. The niche was located above a low hearth, sitting 1.05m above it. The base of the niche projected from the wall. The interior was coated in the same rough stucco that coated the walls of the rest of the room. Three terracotta lamps were found inside the niche, two ornamented with reliefs, one depicting the sun and one an eagle. A small saucer-like dish was also found.
