Civita Giuliana's Cult Paintings to be returned
The Villa of Civita Giuliana was archaeologically investigated in 2023-2024, during which an elaborate cult room (or sacrarium) was found in the service area of the property ( see here for more information ). Domestic Cult Objects found in Pompeian Thermopolium
Domestic Cult objects have been uncovered as part of the ongoing excavations at Pompeii. Located in Regio V, Insula 3, the building was excavated between the end of 2023 and March 2024.
