Description:
Located in the central area of the western wall of the peristyle was a partial base argued to have belonged to an aedicula structure. The base consisted of two parallel pilasters, one constructed from limestone and the other from packed clay, which was set into the wall. The structure has been suggested to have been wooden explaining why no more structural evidence has survived. The wall behind the structure was painted red with a black dado.
