Peristyle/Portico
Features:
Altar
Description:
Located in the peristyle was a limestone altar. The feature was fractured, affecting the epigraphy on the front face of the altar. It is believed that the epigraphy indicated that the altar was dedicated to Mars, however, it is uncertain due to the damage. Ceramics as well as metal objects were found near the altar. The full extent of the property is uncertain so the wider context of the altar is uncertain.
