Description:
Against the north wall of the atrium like space was an aedicula shrine. The shrine sat off centre between two columns, on the axial line of the house. The base and part of upper portion of the shrine have survived and were constructed from masonry. The base was a rectangular shape on which sat two side walls creating the upper niche like area. The upper section was flanked by marble pilasters. The interior of the structue contained perserved layers of stucco and white paint. The top of the shrine is not preserved.
