Description:
Located on the south wall of the main commercial space was an arched niche. The niche sat 0.41m above the floor. The niche was located beside the staircase to the upper floors. Maiuri referred to the cult space as a "rustic lararium." It currently sits behind the preserved wooden press and so is not very visible.
