Description:
On the east wall of the cubiculum entered off the north west corner of the peristyle was a cult painting. It featured a large tree in the centre, adorned with fillets, with the head of a stag hanging from a branch. On the left of the tree was the Genius holding a corniucopia with a rudder and globe at his feet. To the left of him stood an altar furnished with offerings upon which he pours a libation from a patera. Farther to the left was a tripod. Another male figure was seen on the right of the tree holding two spear like objects, and placing his hand beside his mouth with the gesture of Harpocrates. The painting was carried out in red and green.
