Description:
On the south wall of the kitchen was a cult space. This consisted of a fragmentary painting on a white background featuring the bottom portion of the Lares and of Venus Pompeiana, who could be seen to be holding a sceptre and rudder. At her side stood Amor. In the lower zone, two serpents met at an altar. Below the painting was a masonry altar which was against the wall. The shrine is badly preserved today.
