Description:
Somewhere within this house was a cult painting. It was carried out on a white background and featured a serpent beside a Lar who held a rhyton and situla. Over the course of excavation the corresponding serpent and Lar had disappeared. The location of this painting is debated, Fiorrelli noted it being present in the atrium, however, Helbig and other references note it as being in the kitchen.
