Description:
On the north wall of the kitchen was a cult painting. In the centre stood the Genius with cornucopia and patera standing by a burning altar. Behind the Genius stood the camillus carrying an acerra and patera. Standing behind the altar was the tibicen. On each side of this group were the Lares holding rhyta and situlae. On the far left was a very small popa pushing a hog. The corresponding figure on the right had disappeared by the time of Boyce’s recording. In the lower zone, two serpents met at an altar. It is not well preserved today, with the figures barely visible.
