Description:
On the south wall of the kitchen was a cult painting. The painting had two registers. In the lower register were two serpents with their heads over the top of an altar. The altar was furnished with an offering of a pine cone. In the upper register was the figure of the Genius pouring a libation on an altar from a patera. To the right stood the camillus holding a jar. On either side of these two were the Lares, and above were an indistinct group of figures. No trace of the painting survives today.
