Sacellum/Cult building
Structural
Type:
Podium
Description:
Located southwest of the main residential area was a cult building. The building had a rectangular plan with its southern wall being apsidal. An ambulatory ran around the structure. The structure sat on a podium, with the entrance being gained via stairs on the northern side of the building. Fragments of ceramics and bronze coins depicting the emperors Volusianus/Trebonianus Gallus and Gallienus were found within the building during excavation. The property is not fully excavated so the wider context of this cult building is uncertain.
