Aediucla, Unknown
Description:
Located in near the south east corner of the atrium, close to the entry of the house was a cult space. The form of the cult space is unknown as only the bottom of the base remains. However, it is hypothesised that it would have had an aediucula . The base was constructed of opus testaceum (brick faced concrete). No decoration remains. The cult space backs onto an adjacent tavern, where a pot full of silver coins was found. The excavators believe this desposit relates to the cult space.
